If your property was sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac before May 31, 2009, then we are ready to go to the next step.

Next you can have one mortgage late in the last 12 months but no mortgage lates in last 6 months.

You must have not refinanced before using this program.

There are other qualifications but these are the first to check. If you qualify per the above, then move to the next step and apply for refinance where the other qualifications will be checked for while your loan is being underwritten.
