The Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) was recently expanded (HARP2) to help more people by allowing property owners who are underwater greater than 105% to refinance. In the new program, there is no limit on LTV/CLTV or how much underwater a person is on their property.

Also there are some previous qualifications that have been relaxed to make the program more streamlined and easier for people to qualify. This is truly a great opportunity given by our government help us in a time of great need in the real estate market.
